But there were certain moments not very beautiful on his part. Now I still have his name and password from the photo stock account. On his account every day you can download more than a dozen photos, i.е. it's already paid. I now need about 15 photos, what will happen if I download through his account? Can he figure it out somehow and give me problems?

If you need photos for a personal project - buy if you really need them.
If you need photos for work - lay in the budget.
