Such a question: is it possible to do layout on a laptop?
I want to try my hand at the web, start with the layout, as it should be. But I only have an asus x550cc laptop with i5, 6GB of ram. Another device in my life is not expected in the near future.
Will he pull the layout? Is it worth trying or even you can not start this venture? Maybe there are some general tips on how to work with the web on such a weak machine?
Someone will say, they say, yes, you just try and then you will understand. But the fact is that I'm not very strong in layout and the web, and now I'm starting to study the theoretical part. And I need to know if I can practice on such a laptop or not. If not, then there is no sense in reading books and spending my free time on this, because I will not be able to put into practice what I have read and test my knowledge. And this means that you can safely stop doing it.

Over time, it’s worth buying a monitor of at least 24 "with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. Or better, 2. I myself work on two external 24" 1920 x 1080 + a third regular MBP 15" for Slack, terminals and a developer panel. Very convenient.
You should take the car from SSD, 16GB RAM, i7.
Work in a simple editor like Sublime for now. You don't need more just yet. But the sooner you buy a monitor, the better.
