Can I transfer Google Auth from a non-working device to a new one?
There is access to a Google account. It only offers to change the devices for authentication for a Google account, I can’t access some sites because it requires a code from the GoogleAuth application to which there is no access.

Try to make a backup of the system and raise it on a new device. Then disable 2FA from sites and set up new 2FA on the new device
