Broken phone with google authenticator, how to restore access to sites?

Good afternoon. Such a misfortune happened, the phone broke, there was a google authenticator on the phone in which there were many sites. I thought that there were backup confirmation codes for such cases, but they are not suitable. How to restore access to sites?
Thanks in advance.

Abandoned Google Aauthenticator in favor of Authy . Authy allows you not to depend on one phone, you can connect many other devices that will perfectly synchronize with each other, up to the extension in the browser.
You, as a person who has lost important information for you, should evaluate such a decision, as I did in my time.
As for the subject, what platform do you use on the phone (iOS or Android)? If you use an iOS device, then I would recommend making password-protected backups in the future, because such copies can even store data in the Google Authenticator application, and this also applies to other applications.

Is there really no way to get data from the phone? Otherwise, only through the codes, if they do not fit - then only individually deal with each service.
