Can I take away a domain if it is UNVERIFIED?

WHOIS still has a VERIFIED/UNVERIFIED field. These are "remnants of the past" and this field has absolutely no effect on anything. It simply says whether the scan is provided or not. But the very provision of scans is now a voluntary and optional matter.

Tell me, please, is it possible to take away my domain, sue me, because it is UNVERIFIED?
