Can I somehow make links to files with plain text?

I store a lot of information in ordinary txt files, I use sublimetext as an editor.
There are a lot of such txt files. I thought maybe you can somehow set up sublime so that by holding down the button and clicking the mouse it opens the file along the path from the text

. An example to convey the idea:

I need to hold down the button and click on [./archive/2020-02.txt] sublime to open this file in a new tab
