Transferring Sublime Text 3 settings to Dropbox?

Good evening!
Do not tell me, who faced with the transfer of Sublime settings to the cloud, how to implement this? I read an article on Habré, but it is old and I couldn’t make a symbolic link (not the correct format). In general, I am ready to listen to any proposals for transferring programs / and / or settings to the cloud.
I will be grateful for the answer!

Sublime is almost never developed.
Just use the portable version. You can copy and backup anywhere.
All settings will be in the directory with the program.
