Can I somehow change the action confirmation from "Y/N" to "Y/N" in the Ubuntu terminal?

Good afternoon. If you do something in the terminal, you usually write in English. And then a confirmation pops up d / n (yes / no) in Russian, and you have to change the language back and forth. Is there any way to make this confirmation in English y/n ?

Many utilities have a key that automatically confirms actions, the same apt -y upgrade. Otherwise, you can do this:yes | mycommand
