Can I set up an auto-updating feed for Google Merchant Center?

Set up dynamic advertising for Google ADS, generated from a feed in the Google Merchant Center.
Every time a product on the site is changed, the corresponding changes are made in the XML file for the merchant center, which lies at the root of the site. However, this file has to be manually uploaded to the merchant center each time.
Is there any way to feed the merchant center a link with a feed? For example, how it is done for dynamic ads in Yandex.Direct.
