Can I send the material to another portal in parallel, how will Habr react to this?

Hello!
I sent a post to the sandbox about three weeks ago. There is no answer, no, but in hindsight I understand that I was in a hurry, and the article was raw. I can’t fix the errors, since everything is on moderation.
The question is - can I simultaneously send material to another portal (instructables), how will Habr react to this?

If the material passes through the Sandbox and appears on Habré, and then it turns out that it has already been published a little earlier on another resource , then Habr will treat this from the position of the rules : the post will be deleted, and the powers of its author will be limited to "read-only" .
In some cases, the moderation process can indeed take several weeks.. This is due not only to the large volume of applications, but also to the desire of the moderators to approach the assessment of publications as objectively as possible. Moderators can involve familiar experts in the evaluation of those publications, in the evaluation of which they consider themselves insufficiently competent, and, accordingly, spend additional time on this. According to the same principle, the verification of articles in most peer-reviewed journals is organized. Only these journals have terms for reviewing articles from a month to a year, and the number of readers, on the contrary, is many times less.

What article are you talking about? I don’t see any posts in the sandbox on Habré or GT from your account (except for the DIY harvester in 2015). You can answer privately.
