Can I sell the contact database?

I began to collect the bases of construction companies, they are collected by me personally!
The question is that I would like to sell it, but I'm afraid they say that this is not legal, although the base is mine and assembled by me.
In the future, I would like to open such a mini-business, sell the collected bases once.

I started collecting car radios from cars in the parking lot, they were assembled by me personally!
The question is that I would like to sell them, but I'm afraid they say that this is not legal, although the car radios are mine and assembled by me.
In the future, I would like to open such a mini-business, sell assembled car radios once.

You can sell such a base and it's legal. But if someone else's minnie base turns out to be inside your base and he discovers this and can prove it, then problems can certainly arise.
I would correct the example of Maxim Grechushnikov, suppose you found car radios in a landfill;)

There is the coolest database of construction companies, called the Unified State Register of Legal Entities . So, if the information inside your database essentially duplicates the information from there, there’s nothing to take you for, it doesn’t even fall under the law on personal data. However, if you have information in the database on the passport data of the founders / directors, their salaries, dividends paid, the balance sheet of the company, etc., all sorts of interesting people, especially prosecutors and investigators, may come to you a number of questions...
