Can I sell other people's 3D models on stock?

Good afternoon.
Maybe the place for the question is somewhat inappropriate, but still, maybe someone came across ...
Let's say I give an ad for the development of a 3D model, but I will say that I want to sell this model on stocks. Is it normal?

If you order a model for someone, you can specify in the contract that all rights after the order is completed remain with you. If someone agrees to this, then you can then do whatever you want with them.

If this suits the freelancer, you draw up an appropriate contract, at least in the simplest form, and he will provide you with his own model, and not from stock, then .. what's the problem? why not?

..so the circle is closed)
the customer orders the model, the
freelancer buys the model on the stocks and redoes it a little,
sells it twice as much to the customer than he bought,
the customer puts the model on the stocks)
