Bought the theme from Templatemonster. GPL3 license. Can I sell it myself now?

You can sell the theme - but by removing css and all pictures and any descriptive text - instructions, readme. They are not gpl. This is a Dual license
And now the question is - why would someone need your theme without css and pictures?
But you can try to sell the topic as it is now all - but then sleep and wait to be found. And there will be legal consequences.
