Can I replace the processor and RAM on a laptop?

In general, there is an acer e1-570G, the mother is broken. can I move the processor (intel core i7-3537U 2.0GHz) and one RAM (4 gigs) from it to another laptop - Acer Aspire ES1-131-C77V NX.MYGER.002 which has a Celeron N3050 1.6GHz processor and RAM in 2 gig 1600 MHz

The processor must come to the mother on the socket in the first place, although on the old mother, a powerful processor may simply not start or be used not to the fullest.
The RAM should fit in the slot, the old mother may have DDR-2, and the new RAM will have DDR-3 without exception, the old mother may also not start or use it incompletely with a higher frequency and larger RAM
