Can I replace RAM and SSD on Macbook Pro 13 Late 2013?

I plan to buy a Macbook Pro 13 Retina Late 2013, 2.6Hz.
Here are the specifications:

Will I be able to replace the 8GB plan with a 16GB one on this laptop and install a more capacious 512GB SSD?

memory cannot be replaced, it is soldered .
the disk may be non-standard there, but I heard that such were sold, although not at every step.

Yes. This is constantly being done:

The main thing is to choose the right parameters.
Although, there are pitfalls. Some Mac models do not have this option. Unscrew the lid and see if the usual dies are there and if they can be easily removed. More
From myself, I recommend not ordering online, but buying in retail stores, where you can return unsuitable parts within 15 days without any questions.
