In Amazon ec2, you can reinstall the system, but without terminate, and then the ip remains the same. From RHEL to Debian, for example. For example, the domain has already been delegated to an A-record, the certificate has been bought, everything is done, but until these dns are updated for everyone ... in general, I think it’s clear what I want?

Delete the virtual machine, re-create a new one, bind Elastic IP to it .
This IP can be reassigned later.
