Can I register an Apple Developer Account in one name and pay with another person's card?

I want to register an individual account with Apple Developer in order to upload the application to the appstore. But I want to pay for the account and receive payments on a card whose name does not match the one for whom I register the account.
Is it possible to do this or does Apple have a rule that the card and the name specified in the account must match in order to receive a payout?

the easiest way is to try - the payment will pass or not.
It was as a developer that I always paid only with my card, but I calmly paid for other apple services with strangers.
