Can I make payments from google merchant center to a ruble card?

The Google help says that payments can only be made to a foreign currency bank account (USD). If the bank where I have a ruble account can accept dollar transfers and convert them to rubles for my account, can I withdraw money there by entering the details of this account in the Google payments settings? I will indicate the details specifically for US dollars.

Yes. I linked a regular ruble Sberbank card (Visa Classic) to the merchant account - payments are converted at the internal Sberbank rate (at the current turbulent time, at the rate of 1.6-1.9 rubles / dollar less than the official one).
