We develop the application on Xamarin. Can I make an application first on android, and then on another specialist to build for ios? Will it be adaptive right away for ios or does it need to be adapted?

Depend on the application and on what exactly you write. If separately for Xamarin.Android and separately for Xamarin.iOS, then it depends on the amount of business logic, because the entire UI will have to be rewritten. If you write in Xamarin.Forms, then you don’t have to change anything, but just build it for iOS.
