Can I lubricate a PC case fan with Aimol Penetrating Oil 101?

A problem arose - the coolers in the computer began to make noise, from something more or less suitable for lubrication, this lubricant was found. And now I think - if I lubricate the cooler with this oil, will I kill the cooler?

Yes, any will do, it's still better than dry, well, you need a drop there.
Although it's some kind of badyaga like wd40

You can kill.
This is a "penetrating oil", that is, a means not for lubricating, but for unscrewing rusty joints, it contains not only oil, but also organic solvents that can react with the plastic parts of the cooler. Damage is not necessary, but possible.
For lubrication, use pure synthetic or mineral oil without solvents. For example, oil for sewing machines or roller skate bearings.
However, in your case, this is still not a good idea, because the noise already occurs when the rubbing parts are quite worn out, you will not restore them with lubrication, only slightly reduce the noise.

Fans are consumables, any - even cheap, even the most pompous. Lubrication will give nothing but moral satisfaction. The solution is simple - replace all noisy fans.
