Can I keep sending Android Id?

Google recently added version 4+ Advertising Id to their google-play services .
In connection with this, I heard rumors that applications that send a unique Android Id will be banned from the market. That is, Advertising Id is an Android Id replacement for advertising networks. Is it so? Please share information
