First of all, this is due to the fact that I am from the Crimea. I live in Moscow, but registered in the Crimea.
The passport was issued by the Federal Migration Service of Russia for the Crimea (it seems to be not recognized), the registration is also Crimean.
The card with which I will pay $ 25 - Sberbank.
Is there any chance that Google will somehow check the registration and block my account?
How can this be avoided?

But there may already be problems with creating a seller account, because they will have to transfer money to you and there are already more serious checks. With AdMob, there can also be difficulties, because. confirmation with a pin code is required, which is sent by paper letter.
