GMT +4 in Moscow and Google 2-Step Verification?

Greetings!
Like probably many here, I use two-step verification for a Google account using the Android application - Google Authenticator
Until the last weekend of October everything worked like clockwork, after - I constantly get an error in the entered verification code - setting the clock on the phone back an hour solves this problem.
Can you tell me if this problem is solved through the Google account settings?
The calendar is +4 (Moscow), as it should be. In the general profile settings, I did not find anything that would affect the time zone.
