Can I have a link to download blender 3d for 32-bit?

I need a blender for a model. Only I didn't find a 32-bit version! I looked at the requirements and as it turned out, 32-bit support is perfect! Then I wanted to download the previous version or the year before. But what kind of clutch are they in?

They have a separate Release Notes page . Come in and download any version that came out.
The latest version of Blender released for 32bit is Blender 2.80
