Can I fly a drone in the air on my private property?

Suppose I am sitting drinking tea in my house and a drone flies over the house while shooting. Well, I should take a rifle and bang the fuck out of him. Am I legally correct? And one moment. Are there radars for detecting such stuff in the air (not worth a couple of million bucks) for home use and how is it regulated by law. Plus, I'm interested in ways to knock out a drone without destroying it (its problem is that it fell from a height and crashed).

Fantasists got divorced here ...
There is no need (and should not) be any special law on drones and so on.
When it comes to Russia, everything is much simpler.
1. If you really had a rifle (that is, you would have owned a smoothbore gun without violations for five years before), then you would know that the use of firearms by citizens outside of sports facilities, hunting grounds, or a situation of self-defense is against the law in itself.
2. The situation of invasion of privacy (illegal obtaining of information) is not a situation where shooting can be considered necessary self-defense.
3. If you do manage to stop the invasion of privacy in a legal way (for example, shoot down the drone with a stick), you will have to prove the fact of the violation. If it turns out that the drone does not have its own memory (the picture is transmitted over a radio channel), the owner of the drone can accuse you of intentionally destroying property, and it will be very difficult for you to prove that the attack took place.
4. Any arguments about "in a good way", "according to concepts" have nothing to do with the issue of legality, so if you are asking about legality, all this should be left aside.

A man who set a trap on his own plot and a thief got caught in it was condemned - think.

I don’t know if it’s possible or not, but I shot them down, although they weren’t circling over my territory, the main thing is not to get into the camera, with saiga, shot, sham, they immediately fall.

You should not treat good things like that, read the online magazine on quadcopters DroneMania, you will understand them more. Get your own pluses from him more than minuses, but I don’t advise with our laws from a gun and you can also go to prison ...
