Can I fix incorrect name transliteration on Upwork?

My surname contains the letters Yu and Ya. During registration on upwork, out of old habit, I wrote them down as yu and ya(1). It was a long time ago, but I started freelancing just now. And now the question arose about withdrawing funds, and during registration on payoneer, I decided to double-check the transliteration rules and was surprised to find that now Yu and I are written as iu and ia (2) ( www.ufms.spb.ru/desc/pravila-transliteracii- dind-1... Question - on payoneer and in the W-8BEN form, write the old version (1) or still change the name to upwork and write the new version everywhere (2)? that a freelancer changes his name?I heard that they may require scans of documents for identification.

As for transliteration on UpWork.
He himself was afraid of inconsistency. Submitted a change request. (My name is Vasily - there are a dozen spelling options. The passport officer chose the most inappropriate one, but I didn’t keep track of it)
Then I read in the rules that name variants are possible without checks.
I wrote a Help Desk request to cancel the change, if possible, because I liked the first option more.
As a result, the request in HD hangs unread yet, and the name has already been changed to a passport one.
No documents were requested.
Those. do not panic - everyone, apparently, does not care about transcription.
There are Indians and Chinese on the site, their name options are less obvious.

you should make the name the same as in the passport and provide it for identification
