Can I develop on my phone?

Has anyone ever had the urge to drastically test an idea? Only now you are traveling in transport (/ sitting at lectures / etc.) and you can’t get a laptop.
So the question is, how can this be done?
Are there online code editors with a minimalistic design (the phone does not have a very high resolution)?
Or ready-made webserver solutions?
Are there any good sssh clients for android? Perhaps this is the best solution.
Are there development environments for android? Although I do not like this option.
Maybe there are other options?
Thanks in advance.

It is not convenient to develop on a bare phone, if you connect a keyboard it will become better, but still not the same.
There is a web server for android (there are definitely for static pages), there is ConnectBot as an ssh client, you can find online editors, and there are programming environments in the market (for scripting languages).

It’s definitely impossible on “teDefone” :) But seriously, I don’t see the interference of web development on a smartphone / communicator, because there are ftp clients and text editors, I even met with highlighting (for some reason, mostly j2me). For ssh, a simple and convenient putty is implemented on most platforms. I do not think that there will be any special discomfort. when

you eat in transport (/sit at lectures/etc)
global ideas are unlikely to arise, but for minor edits it is quite acceptable.

Once I had a Samsung D600E, so I installed a java application like a notepad on it. In it, I made up, there was even syntax highlighting and auto-completion of tags.
Now I'm looking for something similar to htc gene.

under PalmOS, I used the OnBoard C package a long time ago , it had everything you needed: an editor, a compiler, and even a resource editor (I drew molds with a stylus :)),
but I’m afraid that nothing like this mutually integrated has yet been created for other mobile platforms

Service of the future: you send an SMS with a program code and a compiled application comes in response.

If you have an iPhone, you can use Mobile Terminal and nano as an editor. There are a lot of compilers and interpreters in Cydia.

Nokia had such a device - N900. Thanks to the screen in 800x480, the keyboard and a full-fledged Linux, it was possible to develop on it. kekekeks even MonoDevelop spoiled it.
In Moscow, the device can still be bought, but it is not available in the official online store. How about you, I don't know.

When I'm on the subway or in a queue, I try to shift some of the tasks of web development to my smartphone (Windows Mobile 6.5 - the choice of this OS is due to the fact that it only runs part of the programs that I need for work - Quik, for example).
What tasks are we talking about? This is the development of the client part of the project (html + jQuery + your own js). The built-in IE or Opera Mobile is enough, the main javascript works. To edit code and access FTP/SFTP, I use Total Commander (http://www.ghisler.com/pocketpc.htm).
Of course, as noted above, you can’t write much without a normal keyboard. But in projects there are often protracted stages when the code frame is written and you “play” with it, for example, you select from the point of view of usability how input errors will be displayed in the registration form, with what effect it will appear if you click "Register", etc.
By the way, 2 birds with one stone are killed - after all, this is also testing the interface on mobile devices.
In the office, it’s really a pity for time, in the subway or in line - that’s it.
The plans were to install a mini-web server, php and mysql - but it all terribly slowed down. With unsolved tasks on the web interface, I load my Asus-Garmin in full.
In summary: when there is already a code frame, and there are a lot of ideas in my head, how to modify it a little, a smartphone is ideal even just at home with it to walk in your hands and think.
