Hey! I have applications in google play in two languages ​​Russian and English. The default language is Russian, but when I send a link to the application in goole play in telgram, vk or whatsapp, the link preview pulls up the English version. Tell me how to make the Russian text pull up in the link preview?

But I would just give up on it. It's better to add a few more translations. Or is your application relevant only for xUSSR?
Now checked. It looks like it caches the preview at the client level. If you send different language versions in turn, the sender does not change. Reaches the recipient as required.
