Can I connect Dahua analog cameras to Hikvision DVR?

Good afternoon! When designing a video surveillance system, I made a gross mistake when, in pursuit of the best price for one of the objects, analog cameras HAC-HDW1220RP-0280B and HAC-HFW1200D with an XVR5216L recorder were purchased, while Hikvision recorders with Hikvision PoE cameras were installed at other objects. Because of what there were some problems with their monitoring. Is it possible to replace a Dahua 16-channel DVR with another Hikvision analog DVR without much investment?

You can, just switch the cameras to hdtvi or take reg with hdcvi support
