Are there any adapters and software that can be used to view video from a source with a composite video output (“tulip”) on the phone screen?

3.5mm mini-jack adapter for tulips. But it's for video output. In general, I doubt that there will be something like this, only if the manufacturer, i.e. HTC, has laid down such a possibility

If the usb-host was full-fledged, it was still possible to twitch, and so, there is no chance.

Only one option comes to mind without using a computer. A device that would connect to the source via RCA and distribute the stream via wi-fi. Are there any in nature ... =) I don’t know this.
