Can I connect a second tower fan to Pump Fan and CPU Opt connectors?

MSI B460M board, there is one CPU Fan connector. Is it possible / necessary to change something on it in order to power the second cooler fan from another connector?

You can connect a second fan to cha_fan (chassis), there is also an adjustment for it in the BIOS.
