Can I connect a Bluetooth keyboard and 4G+ flash drive to the Irbis TW81 tablet?

Hello!
There is an Irbis TW81 tablet without Bluetooth and 4G, but with a microUSB connector. Let's say I want to connect a wireless keyboard and a 4G+/LTE modem to it (so that max. 1 of these devices is always connected).
Theoretically, you can buy a Bluetooth adapter, connect it via USB to your tablet and thus use a wireless keyboard.
The modem can theoretically be connected via a microUSB-USB adapter.
Q: Are there any reasons why this might not work in practice?
