Yes, here we were talking about arbitration, I saw it several times from the side of the customer, and heard from those who spoke on the side of the performer - IMHO, arbitration takes money and calls for reconciliation of the parties, not that he read your correspondence much there. Of course, you can write a cover in English, but you can’t understand the essence of the claims from there, you can’t find out the special details, and therefore such a solution. If in doubt - just do not work specifically with this person, well, or outside of Upwork on other agreements.
