Can I charge my Nintendo Switch with a USB cable in a car?

The point is this. There is an attachment. There is an original charger, but it must be connected to 220. There is also an inverter 220 in the car, but when the car is driving, it quickly turns off. If I buy a type C USB cable and turn on the charging of the set-top box through 1.2 amps, let's say, will the set-top box be charged, will the battery crash on it, provided that it seems to be asking for 5 amps? (The console will turn off while charging.) It is clear that it will take longer to charge, but specifically the possible risks are of interest.
Thank you.

Connecting a consumer to a source that gives a lower current is fraught with both the source and the consumer - the source can simply burn out, or give out a "fence" instead of direct current, which in turn will spoil the consumer.
With a prefix, I would be ashamed to do this - look for a normal adapter for 5 amperes (but is it exactly 5?)
