Can I change the article type?

I wrote an article on Habr , but indicated the type "topic" instead of "translation".
Can this be fixed? or is it worth hiding the article and write republish with the correct type?
the second question is how to make code highlighting, like here .

Unfortunately no.
There is an option to hide the article in drafts and copy-paste it into a new post of the “translation” type.
