Can I buy 100 more RDS licenses with the new OVS subscription?

Colleagues, could you please comment on the problem:

Under the OLP program, in addition to the basic licenses, there are 100 Windows Server 2016 RDS licenses for remote desktop access. The contract expired on December 31, 2017. Can I buy 100 more RDS licenses with the new OVS subscription?
