Can I be a developer and a customer at the same time on Upwork?

I would like to provide work for other developers, designers, etc, but at the same time do work for other customers. Is it possible to do all this under one account or do I need to create two different ones? But the upwork rules do not allow you to have 2 accounts, or does the account of the developer and the customer not fall under this clause?

Upwork rules do not prohibit creating multiple accounts. That's exactly what I have. Sometimes I look for work, sometimes I give. I officially have two accounts, and I can add as many as I want. Proof:
