I can't figure out this strange sunrace system and so on.
The domain is already offered for purchase. Moreover, the price is knocked out different for different names. What does all of this mean? Is this some kind of pre-purchase? If I now register a domain for 14 euros, is that all or do I have to wait until February 28? https://get.dev/#get-started

What happens if I register a domain today? Can they buy it from me without my consent? Confiscate?
