Can Google Shopping Campaigns Affect SEO?

Hello everybody. Now I am doing SEO work in an online store, in parallel, the marketer set up Google Shopping campaigns and said that this could affect the SEO results.
According to the serpstat and search console, I see that there is an increase in keywords / queries - semantics.
I don’t know how to determine whether my SEO work is producing results or are these results due to Google Shopping campaigns?
