Can directions be combined?
Hello, I have been a student since September! I am fond of programming and I enter those universities for computer science.
Now in Android development, I think in parallel to resume my studies in the front-end direction.
I don't know where this will take me and whether I will become a programmer and not some kind of glovo courier, but this area is the only thing that interests me at the moment.
Can I please get your recommendations for further development in IT? Combine 2 directions of norms? When do you need to roughly determine the direction for commercial activity?
All the best.

It's good to keep two things in mind:
1. What exactly do you like
2. What exactly will be in demand in the market
With the first - just try. Try the front with react, android and ios mobile phones, backend with php, corporate with java, datascience with python.
You have plenty of time to touch everything and see if you like it. Picking forms? Saw logic? Drive jasons over the network? Messing around with the date? The tools are similar to each other, but the tasks they solve are completely different.

Depends on you and your current professional level. Learning the first programming language is a difficult task in itself, spraying into two directions can lead to the fact that neither one will be properly mastered. But after reaching a professional level sufficient for hiring, jumping from topic to topic can be useful. On the one hand, they slowed down my development compared to those who got into one topic, on the other hand, they allowed me to maintain interest and a high level of involvement for a long time, gave me a broad outlook and allowed me to find exactly my field of activity.
