Can CC BY 3.0 music be used in the game for commercial purposes?

Soundcloud has music licensed under CC BY 3.0 that is planned to be used in a commercial game . Can I:
1. Sell a paid application if there is music with this license and all indications of the author are given?
2. Sell music with this license inside the application for in-game currency , which can be purchased for real money, indications of the author are also given (the application does not sell the music itself, but, let's say, the level with it, something like a guitar hero or audiosurf).
All music is used unchanged, ie. these are not remixes or any adaptations of the song, but an exact copy of the original.

IANAL. TINLA.
> there is music licensed under CC BY 3.0, which is planned to be used in a commercial game
. This is a free license, that is, by definition , it allows you to use the work for any purpose, including commercial.

Yes.

The requirements of this agreement are somewhat broader than "indication of the author." For example, they don't allow you to DRM your work. And in general: you still try to read it and understand it yourself. But if something remains unclear, then I look forward to your questions.
> 2. Sell music with this license inside the application for in-game currency
Yes.
> not the music itself is sold, but, let's say, the level with it
Doesn't matter.
> music is used unchanged
Doesn't matter.
And yes, the remark of comrade dimonchik2013 is absolutely fair (with the exception of my amendment of the form s / author / owner) - it is difficult to insure against becoming a victim of plagiarism, but it would be better to take elementary measures. But this has nothing to do with the license.

have the right, most importantly, not to be mistaken that it was the author who shared it, and not someone instead of him, with pixabay there were such options
