Can Babel kill ES6 dynamics?

Installed gulp-babel

Now I've written a dynamic menu in JQuery using ES6 syntax, built it, overtaking it with gulp-babel.
As a result, all dynamics disappeared.

whf? :-E

PS: To tell the truth, the jQuery library itself was also overtaken through Babel;)
