Can apt be forced to ignore certain dependencies?

Hello!
There is Debian 10, you need to install some package from the repository, which has "for all occasions" packages in its dependencies.
Can I somehow make apt ignore some?

sudo apt install package1 package2 package3- package4-

Packages package3 and package4 will not be installed.
