Can anyone explain the reason for blocking the site jstree.com (does not appear in the registries, screenshots are attached)?

I don't understand why jstree.com was blocked . Can anyone explain?
The site is purely javascript. Not listed
in the registries (screenshots):

Use a proxy, VPN , so that the traffic does not physically go directly from you to the site, but from you to some intermediate node and from there to the site.

Most likely blocking by the decision of some court, or blocking neighbors in IP

Screenshots were taken at 02:05 Moscow time, at 04:20 the block was lifted.
Current version: provider error.
