To make a design using bootstrap, it must be specially drawn for it, or you can use it to make up anything ?

nothing is impossible, but as it is written above it is not necessary) I don’t accept bootstrap and similar things at all, because when creating a site, half of what is in the library is not needed, only the loading time is higher and it takes extra space. If a serious site, then milliseconds play a huge role.

Bootstrap is one big CSS file. Using ready-made classes from it, you can make any layout at all. Here you can draw an analogy with the .Net Framework. Here Bootstrap for CSS is about the same as NET for C#.
