Can an Intel Server Platform be installed in an HP Server Chassis?

Good health to all.
Straight to the point.
There is an Intel S5000PLAR platform,
so far one Xeon is installed in it, I will soon install a second one, I will expand the memory to 64GB, but this is not about that.
Today I got 2 cases from platforms: HP ProLiant DL140G3 and HP ProLiant DL320G3
I want to put my platform in one of these cases, but there is a problem with coolers / turbines. There is nowhere to connect them. The DL140G3 has a separate board to which the turbines are connected, this board is powered by a power supply unit, and there are wires to it, it comes from the mother to control the rotation speed (the HP mother is now installed there).
I start the platform, the speed of the turbines is adjustable, as soon as I disconnect this cord from the mother, the turbines turn on to their fullest.
Physically, of course, I will put the platform, I will connect all the wiring, there are no problems, but here is the squealing at the maximum speed of the turbines, nifiga is not ice.
Tell colleagues, is it possible to somehow attach this fan speed controller to the Intel platform?
