Can all applications (or even need to) be written using the MVC architecture?

Hello. I am learning MVC. I'm thinking of transferring a couple of my pet projects to this architecture. Is it worth it? Or not every application can be translated to this architecture?

Translating existing ones actually means writing from scratch. But new ones should be written using MV ?? patterns.
