Can a well-groomed Upwork profile be proof of competency in emigration and interviews?

Hi all. Can a profile on Upwork be proof of profile experience when planning emigration for an IT-specialist quota, for example? And what, in principle, are there ideas (except for emigration) of external use of the reputation earned on Upwork?

Let's start with two axioms, you don't have an upgraded upwork profile, three times if you have an upgraded upwork profile you don't ask such questions, you can afford to live anywhere in the world without giving a damn about everything and the question looks idiotic from the category, I have a pumped one here upwork profile I’ve been living here in the USA for the sixth year, do you think my upwork profile will be proof for migrating to the USA, though I’ve been living here for six years but I’m thinking of migrating

Only your knowledge can be proof of your profile experience. You can upgrade profiles in Upwork, LinkedIn and other hunting services as much as you like, but if you can’t answer questions at the social security service, then such a upgrade is worthless.
