Can a web programmer find a part-time job?
I live in Moscow, I work as a system programmer.
I want to find a part-time job for 2-3 days a week.
I'm thinking of getting into web programming (php, JavaScript, etc.).
But I look at vacancies, basically everyone is looking for full-time programmers. Does anyone have experience as a part-time web programmer with no experience as a web programmer?
I don’t want to be a freelancer or a remote worker, because there is a lot of competition with residents of the CIS who are ready to work for 30,000 rubles a month for a full day.
I want to work in the office for 2-3 days a week.

Post your resume somewhere, indicate part-time employment and wait, someone will find it =)
Or go through an interview for a full-time job, and after receiving a positive answer, say that you can’t work full-time now and offer your conditions (a bit ugly, but if you prove yourself well, you can be hired for part-time)
Junior for 2-3 days a week is unlikely to be needed by anyone.
But they take good developers.
