Can a video card overheat?

Ryzen 5 3550h GTX 1650 (mobile)
Updated all drivers, windows 10 1909
In games at high-maximum, the temperature of the video card is 60-72 degrees.
For example, in fallout at ultra or high settings, the temperature is almost the same: 68-72 degrees
I decided to try it in warface, but at the maximum it also reaches 70 degrees.
Can it affect the video card if I play for several hours with 70 degrees?
I'm trying to undervolt, and it gives out such temperatures.
Earlier, in the same fallout 4, the temperature with undervolting of the video card reached 65-68 degrees.

I saw that the maximum temperature for 1650 (mobile) is 92 degrees.

No, there won't be any problems. This is a fairly low temperature for a video card.
There will be no bad consequences, even if you play 20 hours in a row, video cards are designed for such work.
